Start the online booking by typing in the model number (E-Nr.) of your appliance. Please enter the model number (E-Nr) of your appliance. The E-Nr. is needed to prepare the engineer’s visit e.g. providing needed spare parts to the engineer.

The E-Nr. is shown on the type plate of your appliance. It consists of three letters at the beginning followed by a mix of numbers and letters. Bosch model numbers will always start with threee letters and will always end by a “/” and two numbers as the last two signs.

How much will the repair cost?
If your appliance is covered by the two-year manufacturer's warranty conditions there will no charge for the repair.
