What to know before you make an appointment.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Especially now, we want to continue providing you with excellent customer service. But as always, health and safety come first. Given the current situation with the novel coronavirus, our foremost priority is to minimise the risk of infection for you and our technicians.

  • If you or someone in your household or immediate surroundings has been in contact with an individual who may have been exposed to the coronavirus or who is self-quarantining due to current regulations, our technician will be unable to carry out repairs.
  • We kindly ask that you reschedule your repair visit for a later date after the isolation phase is over.
What to expect during your service visit.

Our on-site safety precautions.

Please keep the following in mind before and during your repair visit:

  • Ensure easy access to your home and home appliance by opening all doors for your service technician, so he or she can work on your appliance without making unnecessary contact with surfaces in your home.
  • Be aware that our technicians will wear protective masks and gloves during their visit to follow currently recommended hygiene measures and minimise the risk of infection.
  • To uphold our hygiene standards, please give our technicians access to a sink where they can wash their hands with soap and water before and after repairing your home appliance.
  • Adhering to the recommended minimum distance of at least 1.5 m, and ideally 2 m, is in everyone's best interest. Our technicians may prefer to work alone in the room – especially when space is tight. Please discuss this topic when the technician arrives.
  • Card payments are preferable at this time.
Need to reschedule?

We're happy to accommodate.

  • Should anything change between now and your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • If you are not feeling well, don't hesitate to cancel, even if it's at the last minute.
  • Have your booking number within reach, if possible. We're happy to look into an alternate date that works for you – or reschedule at a later time.

What you should be aware of when cleaning your face mask

There are some face masks you can desinfect, and others you can't. Please read our advice when it comes to cleaning coronavirus masks. Despite our best efforts, please note that the recommendations cannot guarantee the complete desinfection of your mask.

Tips for grocery shopping.

Grocery shopping in these times boils down to one thing: preparation. Weekly grocery lists and meal planning can go a long way toward keeping you, your loved ones and your community safe and healthy. To make meal planning more enjoyable, try getting the family involved.

When it comes to meals, focus on healthy recipes. And remember to keep it simple so that everyone can help out in the kitchen.

Tips for food storage.

There's no better time than the present to think about reorganising your fridge. First, start fresh with a thorough cleaning. Next, devise a plan. Knowing where to store your perishables will come in handy after larger shopping trips.

Need a quick run-down? Put longer-lasting items like cheese or leftovers at the top. Dairy in the middle. Meats at the bottom. Veggies in the drawer – and beverages and butter in the door.

Tips for preserving.

Pickling or preserving fruits and veggies lets you enjoy the flavours of summer or fall long after the season. And it's not as complicated as it sounds. Whether you prefer sweet or savoury pickles, all you need are a few simple tools that you might recall from childhood. For the best preserving advice, you probably know who to call. Otherwise, have a look at our tips.

Extra hygiene for your dishes.

For more peace of mind, look for the HygienePlus option on your Bosch dishwasher. A longer, hotter final rinse at up to 70°C delivers superior anti-bacterial performance. HygienePlus is ideal for anyone who requires the highest hygiene standards, for example allergy sufferers or families with small children.*

*Please note that although the HygienePlus program is perfect for cleaning cutting boards, children's plates, cups and bottles etc., it is not suitable for sterilising baby bottles.

Stay healthy. Keep food VitaFresh.

With changing grocery shopping habits, it is even more important to keep fresh foods fresh. VitaFresh technology from Bosch supports your weekly market trips thanks to optimum humidity control.

The VitaFresh plus drawer precisely controls humidity to keep your fruits and vegetables fresh up to twice as long – and preserve valuable vitamins and nutrients.

Next-level freshness: VitaFresh pro 0°C goes the extra mile to keep your fruits, vegetables, fish and meat fresh up to three times as long – thanks to 0°C technology and optimal humidity.

More volume for more time at home.

Cooling options like our BigBox help you store a wide range of frozen foods – from bulky items like loaves of bread to large pizzas or gateaux. No matter whether you want to stock up on your favourite ice creams or freeze extra portions of soup – the BigBox drawer provides plenty of space for large frozen goods.
