How to use the the EasySelect Panel.

To create your morning coffee, simply place your cup under the machine. Select your favourite drink and the strength on the Easy Select Panel. Time for the bean-to-cup magic to happen!

How to use the milk frother.

For your café-style cappuccino, simply place a cup of milk under the frother and pull the lever down, press ‘Cappuccino’ on the EasySelect Panel and the machine automatically prepares your drink with beautifully frothed milk.

How to clean the frother.

It’s essential to clean the frother after each use – in just a few steps. Please ensure the machine has cooled down before cleaning. Simply place a half-filled glass of water under the frother, push it down and press the milk button. This will start the cleaning process. To finish, detach the frother lever and wash it with warm water under the tap before drying and returning it to the coffee machine.

To ensure your coffee keeps tasting fantastic, we recommend you clean your Series 2 VeroCafe regularly. CALC’N CLEAN is a clever system that takes you through individual steps to deep clean the brew unit, the water tank, and the drip tray. It only takes 40 minutes to complete and should be carried out with our specially formulated descaler and cleaning tablets. After every 200 cups of coffee, mandatory cleaning/descaling is required. Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaning agents and hard scouring pads. Simply use a soft cloth to wipe your Series 2 VeroCafe. Check your manual to see which parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

How to clean the brew unit.

The easy access service door opens to the front, to ensure the brew unit can be removed simply by pushing up the red lever. Rinse the unit with warm water under the tap – you won’t need any detergents for this. The inside of the coffee machine can be wiped with a damp cloth before you reinsert the dried brewing unit. Voilà - you’re ready for the next delicious coffee in no time.
