MICROWAVE OVEN COOKING EVENT

• Participation to the Bosch microwave Lucky draw scheme is subject to:
  • Participant registering on Facebook & Instagram for the cooking event and
  • Attending the cooking event in the respective cities and brand stores.
• One Lucky winner will be given a microwave, model no. HMB55C453X .The Winner cannot ask for a different model.
• The offer is valid only in the list of stores mentioned in the Annexure below wherein the cooking event is held.
• Installation shall be done by the company
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offers that maybe launched at the same time.
• The microwave cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The winner of the lucky draw contest shall be decided exclusively by BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. (‘BSH’)
• BSH reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any point of time without any prior notice
• All applicable taxes will be borne by the winner and will have to be paid at the store at the time of accepting the microwave. If the taxes are not paid, BSH is not liable to give the Microwave to the winner and the next person who is willing to pay the taxes will be awarded the same.
• The name of the lucky winner shall be communicated on Facebook and Instagram.
• In case the Winner is not contactable or does not want the product, then BSH at its sole discretion can pass the product on to a different participant.
• The winner shall be responsible to take delivery of the product from the respective Brand store as per the list mentioned in the Annexure where the participant has attended the event. BSH is not responsible for the delivery.
• The Product would be subject to standard warranty as applicable on the product,
• The prize is personal to the winner and non-transferable. Before giving possession of the product, BSH may require to check identity proof of the winner
• By participating in this contest you are agreeing that the information shared by you including name, phone no. can be used by the company to send you relevant marketing material, get in touch with you for installation, etc.
• By participating in this contest, you are accepting the terms and conditions set out herein
• In case of any dispute arising out of this contest, the decision of BSH shall be final and binding on the parties.
